Grange Fitness Studio

The Studio is a dedicated fitness centre, within the town of Grange Over Sands, Cumbria offering a variety of activities for everyone.

Pilates

Our Pilates Instructor is highly qualified with Body Control Pilates®, and experienced in the classical Pilates method. The Studio is the only dedicated Pilates space in the Cartmel Peninsular.
It is modern, warm and well equipped with everything you need to practice fun, safe Pilates. We specialise in; Private and 1:1 Pilates and additionally offer small Group Pilates Classes. We cater for every ability, from novice to advanced levels, keeping everyone challenged and excited about Pilates.

Fitness Suite

Technogym circuit for mobility and toning. Clients will be able to sign up to a variety of programs that can be tailored to suit individuals needs. equipment is run on hydraulics and is suited to any ability level. If you simply want to increase mobility and range of movement up to working harder for toning, training and weight loss. This circuit offers a social way of exercising.
 
Gliding

Gravity® Fitness System

We have joined the growing movement of health & fitness clubs offering the new gravity-based training. Monitored GRAVITY® sessions are designed to deliver quick, efficient and effective workouts while expanding program variety and client access.
